For the Quick Audit and Deep Audit, you still receive the full analysis and report. If your bill is genuinely error-free, you still have peace of mind. For No-Risk Recovery, if we don't find recoverable savings, you don't owe us anything.

If we successfully recover savings (by reducing your bill or getting a refund), we charge 30% of the amount saved. For example, if we help you save $5,000, you'd pay $1,500. If we don't save you money, you don't pay anything.

No-Risk Recovery requires a minimum of $500 in potential savings. This ensures our team can invest the time needed to pursue complex disputes. For smaller bills, our Deep Audit at $299 is usually the better choice.

Most audits are completed within 24-48 hours. Complex bills or high-dollar disputes may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your report is ready.
